Your estate plan protects everything you're building and your years of hard work. Working with your estate planning attorney is essential to protecting your legacy.

Your estate plan starts by protecting you. If illness or injury ever leaves you unable to act for yourself, your plan puts the people you trust in charge.

For your children, it's the deepest kind of care: you decide who raises them, how they're provided for, and what their world looks like if you can't be there to shape it.

For your home and everything you've earned, it's a direct handoff: your assets pass to the people you chose, without the courts standing in between.

For your business, it's continuity: a clear succession path that keeps the doors open and lets what you built keep providing for the people who depend on it.

During your lifetime, your plan helps protect your assets.

Without a plan in place, your life's work can unravel into court battles, family conflict, and confusion, with much of it lost along the way. The wrong plan can leave good intentions stranded in that same place.

That is why I make certain every plan I craft brings your intentions to life.

Founder

I became a lawyer because I wanted to help people. It took me years in litigation to realize that litigation wasn't the way I wanted to do that. I spent those years helping clients through conflicts, and a lot of what I saw could have been avoided. Some of the hardest cases were between siblings or family members fighting over a business, an estate, or a house. I moved into estate planning to help people before a problem starts, instead of after. My mission is especially close to my heart when it comes to immigrant families: helping families carry on what they've built in this land of opportunity and making sure it isn't lost in the bureaucracy.

I've seen what happens when an estate plan isn't done right. A friend's mother created a trust but because her assets had not been properly retitled, her son still had to file an expensive probate case after she passed. Another man ran a licensed professional practice that couldn't legally operate without him. When he passed, his wife had no idea how to wind things down and no legal authority to do it without the court's involvement.

Those experiences shape the way I work with my clients. We'll talk through your family, your business, your real estate, taxes, asset protection, and the things that matter to you now and for the future. I'll explain your options in plain language and make sure you understand the decisions you're making. My fees are flat and established up front based on the planning you need, so you know what the process will cost.

When you work with me, you will feel confident that your plan is complete, that nothing important has been overlooked, and that the people and things you care about are protected.
